What is life coaching?

Life coaching focuses on assisting people in achieving coherent goals and making significant changes to develop their potential. During this process, the coach helps define personal goals or objectives using ontological coaching, which focuses on the study of the self. This motivates the person to begin a journey of self-observation and self-knowledge to avoid self-sabotage, which promotes a change in the perception of past events in order to modify beliefs that foster a positive perspective and achieve goals in life.

In a coaching session, I help you establish your measurable goals by engaging in active listening, posing insightful questions, and providing constructive feedback. The aim is to support you in reaching your objectives by utilizing self-reflection to identify emotional barriers that have hindered your progress and exploring new strategies to overcome them.
